All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Once your order is confirmed and payment is received, it enters our dispatch queue immediately.
In case of high order volume or special promotions, processing may take slightly longer. If there is any significant delay, we will notify you by email or phone.

2. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to all major cities and towns across India through reliable courier partners such as BlueDart, Delhivery, DTDC, and India Post.
If your delivery location is in a remote area or not serviceable by our courier partners, our customer service team will contact you for an alternative arrangement.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
Other Urban Areas: 5–7 business days
Rural or Remote Areas: 7–10 business days

Please note: Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary due to factors beyond our control such as courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen events.

4. Shipping Charges

Free Shipping: On orders above ₹[Insert minimum amount, e.g., ₹999].
Standard Shipping Fee: ₹[Insert fee, e.g., ₹99] for orders below the minimum amount.
Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout before you complete your order.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email or SMS containing your tracking number and courier details.
You can track your order status anytime using the tracking link provided.

6. Delivery Policy

Orders will be delivered only to the shipping address provided at checkout.
Please ensure someone is available to receive the parcel at the delivery address.
If delivery is attempted but unsuccessful (e.g., customer unavailable, incorrect address), the courier may reattempt delivery or return the package to us. In such cases, re-delivery charges may apply.

While we strive to deliver every order on time, certain circumstances may cause unavoidable delays, including:

8. International Shipping

Currently, AestheticToys.com ships within India only.
We do not offer international shipping at this time.

9. Damaged or Missing Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or missing item:

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at aesthetictoysonline@gmail.com with your order number, photos/videos, and a brief description of the issue.
Our team will verify and assist with a replacement or resolution based on our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
