All orders go into immediate processing to ensure timely dispatch and delivery — therefore, we are unable to accommodate cancellation requests once the order is confirmed.

2. Refund Policy

At AestheticToys.com, we follow a strict no-refund policy.
All sales are final and non-refundable, including but not limited to:

Change of mind after purchase
Accidental order placement
Product not meeting personal expectations
Delayed delivery caused by shipping carriers or external factors

Refunds will only be considered in exceptional cases where a product is damaged or defective on arrival, and the issue is verified by our team.

3. Damaged or Defective Items (If Applicable)

If you receive a product that is physically damaged, defective, or incorrect:

Include your order number, clear images/videos of the issue, and a brief description.
After verification, we may offer a replacement of the same product (subject to stock availability).
If a replacement is not possible, store credit may be issued at our sole discretion.
